Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

5 cups hash browns, frozen
5 cups water
2 cups chopped broccoli
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/2 teaspoon garlic -- minced
1 bunch green onions -- chopped
1 red bell pepper -- chopped
1 green bell pepper -- chopped
1 cup frozen corn kernels
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
freshly ground black pepper -- to taste
1 dash tabasco sauce -- or 2

Place the potatoes and water in a medium pot. Bring to a boil. Add the
broccoli, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
Drain.

Place the vegetable broth and garlic in a large nonstick frying pan.
Heat to boiling, then add the potatoes, broccoli, and the remaining
ingredients. Cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes.
